My account was hacked with 2 authenticators and i am still trying to get my system up and running but blizzard gms are trying these hackers hacked everybody it seems . They also may have hacked the database blizzzard keeps account information and went in . Either through the servers or however but once in the database they went through the list of users active or non-active and did this. Anyways my point is try to keep your cool so many people need help and you will get it just takes time. If your patient it does pay off your hurting your health by getting upset.

And you can't have 2 authenticators on an account either.

Man in the middle attacks usually involve fake screens so a player thinks they are logging into the game but are actually shipping that information off to the comproimiser. It's still malware, and a nasty piece of work it is.

I'd like to point out one more thing. There have been cases where a player has opted to cancel their account rather than 'mess around' with account recovery. Unfortunately, restoration is not guaranteed and our logs are finite, and in some cases these players return months later to recover their accounts, and find that we are no longer in a position to provide as complete a restoration as we'd like. Even if you are frustrated with the process, it really might be a good idea to go through the recovery steps before you make an assessment regarding whether you wish to stay with us, to prevent a deeper disappointment in the future.
