While I understand your frustration, this isn't the place to post in all caps nor is the correct forum to post in about technical issues. I recommend you open a new thread in our Technical Support forum and keep in mind that "The new patch Will Not Download" is pretty vague. Try providing additional information

What steps have you tried?
Are you receiving an error message?
If so, what does the error say?
Have you attempted running the repair utility?

Yeah, so, the week before the con before I got my hair dyed, I had it cut to the perfect length just for that, and had been sporting the pig tails around the office. Unfortunately, and this is why I say I will have my hair professionally bleached next time, the bleach did not take to some of my thicker, more buried hair.

As a result, when up in pigtails, you see this big brown spot on the back of my head. =>.<=
