Hello everyone!

The time is finally upon us…BlizzCon 2010 has arrived!

This year the Customer Service Forum Moderators will be walking the event floor amongst our fellow Blizzard fans to gather their thoughts and feedback on the Customer Service aspect of Blizzard Entertainment. We are hopeful that our presence at BlizzCon will prove to be a successful one and one that will continue for years to come.

With that said, our presence on the Customer Service Forum over the next couple of days will be limited. Account Services, Technical Support and In-Game Support will continue to work their normal business hours.

Normal forum coverage will resume Sunday, October 24th. Please note that the Code of Conduct still applies so please use the bio-hazard symbol to report any post that may violate our policies.
