Purpose of this thread: To narrow down what the cause is for Blizzard reps to fix in a timely manner, the more relevant information, the faster they narrow it down and fix it, and the faster we get to enjoy the PTR.

1. What city/zone were you in when you crashed
2. Are you able to reproduce the scenario with a level 1 alt
3. were there any light sources near you? torches? fires? wisps? etc...
4. What kind of graphics platform are you on? Ati? Nvidia?
5. PC or Mac Client?
6. Is the error code #132?
