Hello Pipenisel,

About the only thing left is check your wireless router and reset it.***

Right now the trace route looks like you still have PeerGuardian, which begs the question did you just delete the PeerGuardian Æ’older or did you run an uninstaller ?

***Power-Cycling Procedure:
1. turn off your modem and router (if using one) - pull the power cords
2. wait 30 seconds
3. turn on your modem - put the power cord back in
4. wait 1 minute
5. turn on the router (if using one) - put the power cord back in
6. wait 1 minute
7. (re)start the computer
8. test World of Warcraft
