Confirmed: Shadowfiend Fixed on PTR
by Nightshroud | 24/04/2007 03:23:16 I first visited the spirits outside Auch on Live and was able to reproduce the following consistently: 1. Smite a spirit a few times, then Shackle it. 2. Run to another spirit 30ish yards away and wand it once, then cast Shadowfiend at it. 3. The Fiend would appear at my target, then run way off and free the first spirit from the Shackles. Then I tried the same thing on test and the Fiend stayed on the second ghost. I have videos of both if truly necessary. EDIT - Turns out the wanding isn't necessary. I can target a mob that's not in combat at all and it will still appear next to it and attack it, leaving the Shackled mob I am in combat with alone.
