Compinsation for this SHOULDER NERF

After seeing my ORC shaman in his tea cup gladiator shoulders, i feel like i should have 5k arena points and 30k honor to compinsate for how rediculas i look..... that way if a gnome laughs at me, i can atleast make him regret it...... this has to be the worst patch of all time. plz fix it before i get off work today.
