Combo Point Fix

When your target dies with 3/4/5 combo points on it, your next attacked hostile target within 15 seconds gains 1/2/3 of those combo points. (This effect will only be active if you have at least 3 combo poitns on your target).

What do you think? I was thinking that maybe this would work as a 70 skill or a combat tree talent.
It will significantly help raiding DPS, you know when you get 5 pts and spam SnD or Evis while a warrior executes the target before you can gain enough energy or work around the global CD.

Allowing the rogue to keep combo points independent of the target is actually something we've considered for some time. If and/or when it would be implemented is still to be decided, but we're certainly not opposed to the idea.
