Directly from the CoC "Harassing or Defamatory This category includes both clear and masked language and/or links to websites containing such language or images which:
Insultingly refer to other characters, players, Blizzard employees, or groups of people Result in ongoing harassment to other characters, players, Blizzard employees, or groups of people"
That is what I was able to find under the Code of conduct however Defamatory is alot differant than the word inflammatory wich was used.
I will post Tserics quote wich was on the shaman forum,
"The inflammatory threads violate the rules as have been long established. It's pretty simple logic why they would be deleted.
Perhaps you should familiarize yourself with the Code of Conduct and forum guidelines. "
Now in order to define both words.
in·flam·ma·to·ry /ɪnˈflæməˌtÉ”ri, -ËŒtoÊŠri/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[in-flam-uh-tawr-ee, -tohr-ee] –adjective 1. tending to arouse anger, hostility, passion, etc.: inflammatory speeches. 2. Pathology. of or caused by inflammation
de·fam·a·to·ry /dɪˈfæməˌtÉ”ri, -ËŒtoÊŠri/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[di-fam-uh-tawr-ee, -tohr-ee] –adjective containing defamation; injurious to reputation; slanderous or libelous: She claimed that the article in the magazine was defamatory.
If there is something on the Forum Code of Conduct regarding Inflammatory threads could I please be pointed that direction.
Btw I am posting this here due to the original quote from Tseric being posted on the shaman forum.
