This is genuinely not a troll.... but a serious concern.

Why is it that CMs are allowed to bait and troll forums, like a typical example where a concerned player voiced a question only to be trolled by a CM:

And anyone else will have their accounts marked... have posts deleted... and ultimately banned from the forums?

I believe if you set the standard for everyone... and you issue disciplinary measures.... you better be following those same standards at all times.

There's a fine line between making a delightful joke and wasting everyone's time by trolling. It's probably important to keep in mind that we make and enforce the rules here, so no, it's not an even playing field.

This is the one and only place feedback regarding community manager performance should be sent. For someone commenting on forum guidelines and standards, I would think this would be common knowledge.
