Children @ Blizzcon Question

So does this mean that my 8 month old son cannot come into Blizzcon with my wife and I ?
And he will be charged $100 US to attend if he can ?

Correct, from the text you quoted you must be at least 4 years old to attend and the ticket price is the same for all ages.

We'll be posting further information for BlizzCon as well once the Worldwide Invitational wraps up in Korea.
