If you really want the ability to scale with resilience then you need to tweak this change. Currently what is on the test realm does very little for rogues who are not level 70, and takes for a level 70 rogue full epic pvp gear, 2 resilience gems, and a 15 resilience enchant, before the 3 point talent is capped at 90%.
A more realistic, and less reactionary, change would be to start the 3 second damage reduction at 25% for 0 resilience, and scale it exponentially to 90% at around 420 resilience. That way, rogues who are not 70 get something out of it other than 1 blow absorbed, and level 70 rogues who are in full pvp epics with the resilience enchant or gems, cap it at 90%. This would be a far more reasonable way of scaling the ability with resilience. [ Post edited by Irian ]
