My account was recently compromised and all of my characters were deleted along with all of their gear. You guys restored just 3 of my characters and non of my gear! I really appreciate you restoring the three but my druid and rogue were in full epics now they have nothing at all I cant kill anything and how am I supposed to get them gear? All my hard work on these characters is ruined. Plus my paladin and warlock weren't restored at all. Is this matter closed? If so this is very upsetting.

The notes I'm seeing indicate it was around last November.

I believe we've restored all we can - but you are more than welcome to email wowgm@blizzard.com and ask they take a second look - especially if there are specific characters missing.
