Character transfer - Mailbox problm
by Pel | 15/06/2007 14:35:44![]() Hey, So I am trying to transfer this toon, Pel on realm Firetree to Stonemaul. I get a msg as follows; An error has occurred: The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox, or inbound mail that hasn't arrived yet (possibly from a quest). Please wait until all inbound mail has arrived and make sure your mailbox is empty before trying again I have no mail in the box. Further I have done no quests in a while and haven't even been online since yesterday around 4pm PST. Please assist me further. I have msged ingame support and they , of all things, sent me an ingame mail, which is part of my problem, thanks for adding to it heh. Saying sorry they couldn;t help me while I was online, well I been sitting here waiting for them and they never msged me. Anyway the mail I got in my out of game email says it's a billing issue and to contact them. Well on the site it says to contact a ingame support person. So what's the deal. Why am I being sent from one place to another, passign the buck so to speak. Please help. TY EDIT: Does it take GM's so lomg to respond when you are talking to them b/c they are trying to find the appropriate canned msg to reply with? [ Post edited by Pel ] |
