Character transfer log in issues
by Carnifëx | 16/05/2010 21:11:08![]() I did a paid transfer, got the confirmation that it was complete, played on the character for a while, and now its saying "You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete" and its been saying this for probably around 10 days. |

Sadly, this is one of those issues that will require our Billing Department's expertise. As Moon suggests, though, you may find some success in pressing the redial button a few times rather than calling back days apart.
