I am trying to transfer this toon, and the character-transfer page is telling me that I have mail. I have repeatedly checked my mailbox and AH activity and found nothing.

My paladin is available to be server transfered, but this warrior isn't. The only difference I can think of between the two characters is that Warstrife has reported spam mail in-game.
