Is there any chance to allow to change my Character name because my friends has been having problems to add me to their friend list. Also i have another Character with the same problem, hope you can assist me with this.

As Wkc has noted, Kirigî, your name is considered to be in violation of our Naming Policy (http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowgm/?id=agm01722p). To be more specific, it contains an illegal or inappropriate character, and will thus need to be changed.

I would sincerely recommend that you bring this to the attention of the Game Master department via the petitioning system. We appreciate it when matters of this nature are brought to our attention by the name holder, and tend to reward this honesty appropriately.
