Character Already exists wat the??

I have a lvl 70 warlock called natalior on barthilius and when ever i try to log into her today it says the character already exists. So i went onto another character and i looked up my name and it said it was online under unknown lvl 70 after a while it went offline and then i tryed to get back into it again and it froze and wouldnt load at all. My mum and someone else on trade channel was hhaving the same problem what is going on?
