ook so i quit wow a few months ago and jus yesturday i wanted to play agian so i went and bought a game card when i logged into my account went to the alleria realm and my lvl 68 wasnt there or any of my other high'ish lvl chars .. ive submited a ticket it got down to " soon " then i dissapeard no gm talkin it was gone ive waited 4ever for nothing..

any1 know what happend? i want to play on my warrior ..

It looks like our system showed you offline Feruan, I do apologize for that, it can fib to us at times.

I also show the GM restored your 66 warrior and since there was a naming conflict, you should be able to rename him the first time you log him into the game.

Now, if this character is not showing on your character list - please make a fresh level 1 on Alleria. That should force your list to update. I am showing him active but you may not be able to see him - that does happen from time to time.

Also, you should have received an email from us about all this. If your email has changed, please change it on your account management page if you still have access to your old email - or call our billing department if you do not, and they can assist with that. It's important that your email be current with us should we need to contact you.
