I just redeemed my code and picked up a mount on one of my chars without a hitch. Then it occurred to me ... What happens to already existing characters who don't check their mail in the next 30 days? Will I be able to pick up my funny lookin' horsie on other chars if I decide to start playin' them again, or should I go through and log in ALL of them (ugh ...) before the mail expires?


Sorry if this has been answered before or is a reaaaally silly question. I didn't see it in a search, and am kinda trying to avoid the log-in-and-grab method (as I've got a ton of "I really mean to play this guy SOME day" alts floatin' around).

The mail containing the mount won't generate until you log in a particular character. The 30-day countdown on the mail doesn't begin until then.
