I created my hunter and then got busy with raiding, seems i lost my CE pet. I'm sure since shes 18 re-rolling will probally be easier to do, but is there some switch you wonderful GM's can throw to re-send it since its not in my inventory?

Hoshi, it may be possible - it will require the use of one of your extremely limited restorations that each account is permitted, as detailed in the Restoration Policy (http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowgm/?id=agm01724p). I cannot guarantee that the restoration is possible, but submitting a petition in-game and speaking with a Game Master will surly conclude whether it can be restored to your character.
