CAUTION - disappearing items

We’re actively working on a fix for this issue and hope to be able to provide further information soon on its resolution. In the mean time our Game Master department will not be able to reimburse these items at this time as we are still in the process of investigating the issue. |

I would recommend paying close attention to the customer service forum as they will likely be addressing these types of replacement questions and concerns first once we're able to provide a solid venue or solution to the issue. |
