Actually, running a casino is just fine. Advertising a casino (which is what was causing so much distress for our players) is not. You can read more about our casino policy here:

I can certainly understand why you might be concerned!

I would like to point out that while casinos are not a violation of our policies, a scam can definitely represent a violation of our policies. If you feel that this player deceived you and took your gold without abiding by the nature of the agreement, then you can submit an in-game petition and our staff will investigate the situation. A final determination will be made based on the results of that investigation, but we will be unable to reveal any actions taken against another player's account due to our privacy policies.

Also, please keep in mind that while we will look into this situation and take any appropriate action, no restoration is ever guaranteed.
