Can't Upgrade to BC
by Vereynn | 30/01/2008 22:32:33![]() I don't have any problems with my card (no restrictions, no funds problems) yet I can't upgrade online to BC. Gives me an error: Error 202: We were unable to process your request with the information provided. Please contact our Billing and Account Services team for assistance - (800-592-5499). Everything is correct. I cleared my cookies and tried IE instead of Firefox as well. I called the Billing services and that didn't help - just a bunch of automated crap. I guess I could go buy it at the store? Much easier to do it online though, and I'm not sure what the problem is. |

I did some poking around on our Technical Support forum, and it seems that the best method to resolve this is to contact our Billing Department:
If you'd rather not, then a brick and mortar store should have a copy of World of Warcraft: the Burning Crusade on-hand. It might be a good idea to see about resolving this issue via Billing anyway, in the event that it might cause any issues with modifying your account in other ways though. Winter is coming. |
