Can't transfer because of invisible mail

For about 2 days now it says I can't transfer because there is mail en route or in my mailbox when there definitely isn't, could a blue help with this, thanks. (It's this character)

I emptied the mailbox on Armalol. If that's the character you were attempting to transfer previously, go ahead and start up the transaction again. :)
