Can't send in SystemCheck for Beta
by Isiori | 16/05/2010 19:19:48![]() I ran the System Check program, it brought up all my specifications, but after I click the button that says "Send" I receive the following message in the app window: "There was a problem sending your system information to Battle.net. Please check your internet connection, close all applications and try again. For further assistance, please visit Battle.net." I'm not sure what I was supposed to check about my internet connection (other than yes, it's working), closed all my apps and did it again but the same thing happened. Any fixes? |

By: "close all applications and try again" usually means 3rd party security programs running in the background. Do a search for PeerGuardian, it used to install as part of a 3rd party AddOn management program, like WoW matrix or Curse Client, so you might have it and never knew it was on your Mac. (At least from what I've heard.) - I don't use any of that stuff, too paranoid, hehe. [ Post edited by Radoslawn ] No matter how simple the ??? seem, we were all nbs at one time.
