i cant install or reinstall wow everytime i press play it just shuts off that it .someone told me that this has happen a lot and it is a hacker who steal all your gold and weapons and etc. can someone please help me i just bought a 2 month subscription this happen on the first day if there is some way to protect myself from this again please tell me that too

Does the game itself shut off or does the computer do that? We usually see just the game shut off if you're running Windows XP and an older, pre 2010 version of Norton. If that describes you, you'll want to check 4.0 / Cataclysm System Requirements

Basically, remove and update Norton to 2010, delete every game file inside of the World of Warcraft folder manually and then reinstall the game.
