ok i got a new laptop, just installed the game a week ago, and already hving poblems, i get past loading screen and see my interface and warcraft world, but dont see my avatar and the minute the loading screen is gone it freezes and says its unresponsive, wuts wrong :(

What kind of laptop did you get, Cheyneen? Can you post some information about it? The Direct X Diagnostic Tool can display computer information:

• Click on Start
  
• Click on Run
  
• Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field)
  
• Hit Enter or OK

Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste the first half of the dxdiag file (up to the "DirectX Components" section in XP, and up to the "DirectShow Filters" section in Vista).
