Hi all,

My friend is having troubles making a new refer a friend account. Whenever he enters the authentication code and submits it, it says that an error has occurred. We double checked the code and gave the system some time, but it still says that the error has occurred. I also tried to send him a different RAF invite with a new code, and it still gives the same error.

Can anyone help us out?

What's the error he receives? Does it say to call Billing?
