by Syndri | 17/03/2010 20:28:04![]() Do you receive this message when logging into the game client? When logging into Battle.net Account Management? Both? If the game client, are you trying to log into WoW or the StarCraft II Beta? Just for reference, the email address you've provided matches our records for the account. :) BY FIRE BE SECURED! So, you receive that message for all website services, but not for client login? Got it. :) It's possible that your Battle.net address/account may have accidentally been registered in multiple regions. Let me poke into this matter for a bit further, though, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. BY FIRE BE SECURED! It’s never “too soon” to protect your account. by Syndri | 17/03/2010 21:34:05![]() Small update! It does indeed look like your Battle.net account/email address has been accidentally registered in multiple regions. We've actually received other reports very similar to yours. Please know that this issue is being investigated, and that we've forwarded your account information on for further review. Now, I've no ETA on when we'll be able to resolve the core issue which is preventing login. Because of this, you may want to contact our Account Services department today by phone. One of our representatives should be able to update the email address registered to your account. Since your email address right now is not being recognized as "available," that's what preventing login for you. :) Billing and Account Services

Done! Again, I've no ETA, so may want to try phoning at your earliest convenience. Please do let me know if you've further questions, though. :)
Iceono, I've forwarded your information on for further review, as well. Keep trying with phone calls to Billing, though. It may prove to be a quicker turnaround than waiting for the core issue to be resolved. [ Post edited by Syndri ] BY FIRE BE SECURED! It’s never “too soon” to protect your account.
