Cant login my BN account

I find out that i cant login my Battle.net Account this morning. After I inputted my account and password, it displayed "The account you're trying to login with is not allowed into this region".

What happened? I must xfer my character to illidan server and play with my friends today evening.

My BN account is "<< removed >>" and password you know.

My character is Troubleo, which is a Lv 80 elf DK in server Scilla alliance.

btw, i can play in game by using the account above very well. yesterday and before everything is ok.

I need your help, thank you

Do you receive this message when logging into the game client? When logging into Battle.net Account Management? Both? If the game client, are you trying to log into WoW or the StarCraft II Beta?

Just for reference, the email address you've provided matches our records for the account. :)

So, you receive that message for all website services, but not for client login? Got it. :)

It's possible that your Battle.net address/account may have accidentally been registered in multiple regions. Let me poke into this matter for a bit further, though, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Please know that this issue is being investigated, and that we've forwarded your account information on for further review.

Now, I've no ETA on when we'll be able to resolve the core issue which is preventing login. Because of this, you may want to contact our Account Services department today by phone. One of our representatives should be able to update the email address registered to your account. Since your email address right now is not being recognized as "available," that's what preventing login for you. :)

Iceono, I've forwarded your information on for further review, as well. Keep trying with phone calls to Billing, though. It may prove to be a quicker turnaround than waiting for the core issue to be resolved.

Your friend's information has been forwarded on, Mylarian. In the meantime, your friend may want to phone our Billing and Account Services department to have his account's email address updated by a representative. This should restore login for him. :)
