Can't log in game...now authenticator Locked

Hello all,
I just tried to log into the game, and i keep getting the information you have entered is incorrect blah blah...

I do have an active authenticator, and I had to log into the forums to post and had no problem...
I am weary of logging into my battle net e-mail to check for password resets etc... as I never log into it, and dont want it to be compromised if I have malicious software on my system...

Could a blue check to see if anything on THIS account has been changed at all??

Thank you and I am running scans now with Malwarebytes.
Also, I browse only with Firefox with adblock plus and no script...

Utilizing just a cursory examination, nothing appears to have been changed recently as far as I am able to determine. Is it possible that you might have mis-typed your password or account name upon attempting to log-in?

EDIT:

This will sound silly - but have you made certain that you're holding your Authenticator right-side up? An invalid Authenticator code will return a log-in failed error message.

That's possible. Have you tried removing it manually, then re-adding it? That might be a good way to tell if the numbers it is providing have become de-synced as well.

It is a good idea to take your time and make sure that doesn't happen, yes.
