Can't log back in with 1 character
by Kisti | 19/08/2008 07:39:24 I stepped my Shaman on to the Zepplin to do the bombing quest in the Howling Fjord and got disconnected. When I try to log back in it goes to the loading screen, holds for a few and then disconnects me. If I try to reconnect a second time the whole game crashes. Anyone know of a way I can get to play my shaman again? I was having a wonderful time before this :) |

You'll need to open a GM ( Game Master ) ticket. Log into any other character that is working or create a new one, and, while in the game... 1. click on the red ? (Help Request) button 2. click on the Talk to a GM button 3. click on the Open Ticket button In the "Describe Your Issue:" section: Type: Realm Name: the name of your realm Character Name: the name of your character Issue: your issue ( example. this is the only character that will not load, please reset by moving slightly from present position ) BTW: the Zeppelin is evil to non-Intel Macs Let me know how I'm doing... https://www.surveymk.com/s.aspx?sm=OXrtw1WfuVlU_2fd_2bJQf0JSg_3d_3d |
