so i leveled a new alt to 60 to enjoy some capped pvp but when i turn off my xp i cant get into any games? which is weird because at 51-59 i saw alot of other 60's with pre bc raid gear and through all 9 levels i dont think any of them leveld out. i assumed this was from having xp off, so whats the story? why is there an option to turn off xp but it really just turns off all the bg ques? How are some players getting around the xp on/of ques and what is blizzard going to do about it?

You are able to queue with players who also have experience gained turned off in your bracket; however, there may not be enough players queuing for these battlegrounds for the match to actually begin, Stylepoints. The level 60 characters you are referring to have not upgraded their accounts to the Burning Crusade; these characters have not locked their experienced, but they are also unable to gain any experience.
