Cannot cancel account!!!!!!!!
by Maligant | 16/06/2007 13:58:51![]() Hello, I have two WoW accounts I am currently paying for, one of them I have at this time is because I helped a friend sign up for an account 6 or so months ago, and put it on my CC. He didnt play much after the first couple of months, and asked me to cancel the account. I got the password etc. from him and cancelled the account via the online method over 2 months ago. I saw yesterday that I still get billed for it. I've tried to call customer support, but after being on hold for 45 minutes on 3 separate occasions I give up in frustration, I tried to email your customer support, but I get a response telling me to call... How do I stop you from billing me other than cancelling my credit card?? |
