Can you believe it?
by Merdrah | 09/09/2008 09:31:09![]() I actually have a legitimate question Call the news paper! Situation: Guild mate in Voracity, Zad was hacked just recently. Guild saw it happening and demoted him to stop any further damage to the guild bank. Now he was on a limited access anyways so the farmer only got a few stacks of mana pots and a few Nether Vortexes. Some people contacted him out of game and he said he got an e-mail from a GM stating....well I'll just copy/paste his post
Guild Leader got a ticket out requesting the recovery of the items from the guild bank and was told that it would be escalated. Ok great! Got me thinking though. Has he e-mailed AA and reported the account compromised or does he not need to sense the GMs told him that they know? So here's my one million point question. When a GM e-mails you and locks the account for this situation is reporting the account compromised to AA still required? Now I haven't seen the e-mail so I don't know if they officially stated that they suspected the account compromised. You are both nefarious and pernicious, Merdrah. -Syndri <<<this space for rent>>> |

by Belfaire | 09/09/2008 21:36:12![]() The account is already reported as compromised thanks to this efficient new system, so no, he doesn't need to report it as as much again. Game Master ♈ In-Game Support Watson here will tell you that I never can resist a touch of the dramatic. |
