Can I verify if someone has an authenticator?

My guild wants to put a policy in place that will restrict access to the guild bank if you don't have an authenticator. The problem is that anyone can just lie and claim they have one when they don't... how can this be verified?

"Let me see your Corehound Pup"

Q u o t e:
If a player has an authenticator attached to an account, they also receive an in-game non-combat pet called a Corehound.

If a player does not have an authenticator attached to their account, they cannot summon a Corehound pet.

If someone attaches an authenticator and then removes it at a later time, they lose their Corehound pet.

(It's a really cute pet too.)
