Feeding the issue of the tooltip error is a bug currently where you can indeed range attack someone while being meleed, but that's in the process of being resolved as well.
Hunter 1 Yard Min Ranged Attack Is Idiotic!


The range is not one yard atm on PTR from many hunters who have tested this(5 yard as in comparing it to live servers distance count). so either fix the tooltip or lower the min range to 1 yard so the massive QQing going on by other classes would actually be for something thats factual.
