[BUG] WSG debuff

Tonight I played a 2 hour lvl 19 WSG.

After both teams grabbed the flags and made it back to their base the flag carriers were killed and both flags returned and from then on anyone picking up either flag was instantly debuffed and killed on the spot.

The debuff timers should reset when either/both flags are returned.

My researchers have some questions about this situation.

1) When they picked up the flag which debuff did they get (+50% damage or +100% damage)

2) Once they picked it up and got that debuff, did the other side hold onto the flag for at least 10/15 min?
