Bug when mousing over Vekax

When I mouse over Vekax (the skettis who wanders around in Shattrath), my cursor disappears just when it's on him. The cursor comes back when I move it off of him. This does not happen with other NPCs I've encountered. I was using a freshly cleared/defaulted UI with no settings changed.
