[Bug] Warrior Shouts Not Free After BG rez

When a warrior is rezzed in any battleground, the option to freely use a shout does not work. It would be great it this would be fixed so that everyone has equal opportunity to use free spells.

First off this isn't a bug.

Second, it's not new to 2.3.2 so it doesn't belong in this forum.
