The talent "Armored to the Teeth" is not applying on the PTR.

Noticed this as my live AP seemed about 300ish higher in zerker than on the PTR. Went through all my items suspecting more stealth nerfs (thankfully, there was none).

AP Live (unbuffed, battle stance as is shown on armory): 3643
AP PTR (unbuffed, battle stance): 3425
Spec is the same between the two
Armor on both: 13116

13116 / 180 = 72.8666...
72.8666... * 3 = 218.6

3425 + 218.6 = 3643.6

For further testing, I stayed in battle and went to the 2nd spec (which was blank). Theoretically, since imp Zerker doesn't apply but ATT does, the AP should change. Unspecced gave me the same 3425 AP as specced did.

Also did the same calculations as above in Zerker, adding the 10% from Imp zerker stance and received the same result

Live Zerker AP: 4007
PTR Zerker AP: 3767

3767 + (218.6 + 21.86) = 3767 + 240.46 = 4007.46
