[BUG] Vanish breaking [REPRODUCEABLE]

The thread linked above has posts from multiple people who are able to replicate this issue.

I personally tested this, and had the following results:

First Attempt: Just targeting the dummy while near it, and vanishing.
Result: Vanish worked

Second Attempt: Auto-attacked the dummy and vanished.
Result: Vanish broke immediately

Third Attempt: Ran a standard combat raid rotation, substituting rupture with eviscerate. Vanishing immediately after eviscerate landed.
Result: Vanish broke immediately

Fourth Attempt: Ran a standard combat raid rotation using rupture. Vanishing after rupture had been applied.
Result: Vanish broke immediately

Fifth Attempt: Auto-attacked with deadly poison MH, wound poison OH.
Result: Vanish broke immediately

Sixth Attempt: Ran a standard combat raid rotation substituting rupture with envenom. Vanishing after envenom landed.
Result: Vanish broke immediately

Seventh Attempt: Ran a standard combat raid rotation using rupture, with 5 full stacks of deadly poison.
Result: Vanish broke immediately
