Kael'thas is not performing Mind Control or spawning Phoenixes in Tempest Keep.

Thanks for the report Kushiaji.

We've identified an issue with several raid bosses not casting all of their abilities (Kael'thas and Essence of Despair). We are working on a fix for this.
