How can you make an "intentional" change so that weapons unexpectedly grow in size from merely being unsheathed?

Also, our sheathed weapons are now disproportionate to our features (hands, melee combat reach, etc.) when sheathed, and they look idiotic.

I feel like a male orc back in the day of the shoulder scaling issues. Was that "intended" too?

This is not a bug but an intended change.
