Post 3.0.9, the mage spell Slow is still bugged in that it will consume Arcane Potency, even though this is only supposed to be consumed by a damaging spell.

Also if someone can confirm if the six second PVP Slow bug still exists or not (where Slow will only last six seconds on a PVP target), still doing the grind so haven't had much time to test this one :(

Personally I find it curious that with all the changes done to arcane lately, time wasn't taken to fix these issues that have been around for quite some time.

Arcane Mages and sympathizers please post regularly to make sure this issue receives attention!
