Penance spell isnt fully working with the new self-target mechanics.

Top rank is fine, but lower ranks channel the spell and for each three ticks produce a message "Target not found"

No healing is done when this happens.

This was only tested with rank 1, other ranks I dont know about. - Top rank works fine.
