These are unbuffed stats, I do not believe this is a bug with berserker stance, as battle stance does not match from live to ptr as well. Maybe some of the items i am wearing are not applying stats correctly?

On live my stats in zerker stance are as follows.
4234 ap
173 hit rating
42.62 crit
19/19 expertise

On the PTR, in the same gear, in zerker stance, my stats are as follows.

I'll test out putting on gear piece by piece to see exactly what is causing this.

Yes, please do. Saying something is different between patches is kinda like saying the sun rises from the east each day. If there's a specific problem, you need to isolate it and point it out. That's the point of testing on the PTR.
