[Bug] Received another WoW C-Edition mail

After the servers came back up from their daily maintenance today (1/08/08) I checked my mail to find I had received another WoW Collector's Edition voucher. Now, it may seem a bit pointless to be posting because it's unable to be exploited because you can only complete the quest once, but I figured why not post for the sake of it.

This screenshot shows the already opened mail in the mailbox menu, my chat log showing I looted the voucher, and the tooltip on my Panda Collar.
