[BUG] Onyxia set trinket proc - doesn't work

Shiny shard of the flame / scale set bonus - my direct heals are supposed to proc "cauterizing heal" I casted about 100 today with both trinkets equiped and did not find any proc in combat log.

Is this a known bug?

In order to proc the heal from this trinket set, you'll need to be in combat. Try testing it out while in combat with another player or mob.
