Multi shot is breaking crowd controlled opponents in a duel.

Also...why isn't Blade flurry included in this group of "Multi-opponent abilities that don't affect CC'd opponents"? Blade flurry adds a 20% attack speed and that'd be a nice buff to give to rogues in PvE environments since not always can it be popped due to close things being CC'd.

This is not a bug, the CC non-breaking effects were reverted for most abilities in the recent build. The patch notes may not yet be updated.
